Welcome to the in process re-crafting of who I am.

This website is still very much in process - just like me & I make zero apology for it not being super slick & shiny. I will no doubt change again (...& again) & most likely so will this space.

If you have found me via my old alter ego The Optimisation Queen or have come in search of Epigenetic profiling mentoring or consultancy I am no longer available for this.

I’ve returned home, in many different kinds of ways, if you are curious as to this unfolding then IG stories is where I’m sharing most things for now, come over & say hi or don’t say hi, just stalk me like most other people on there .

I’m still doing the occasional podcast or random masterclass so keep an eye out but for now my energy is focused on the people and things that I value the MOST; my amazing sons, my King of a partner, the earth, my family, mySelf

Fair warning THIS is what may happen to you when you finally & whole heartedly embrace who you truly are - who you’ve always been, somewhere deep inside there is a Remembering of YOu...and they are dying to be reclaimed!
